1. General provisions
This policy describes how KEEPORT LOGISTICS LLC (TIN 000 000 000, Tashkent region, ___ district, ___ street, 00) (hereinafter — the operator) processes the personal data of users of keeport.uz.
By using the site and submitting forms, the user confirms their agreement to the terms of this policy.
2. What data we collect
The operator processes only the data the user provides:
- first name and surname — to address the visitor when confirming the visit
- phone number — to agree the date and time of the tour
- email address — when subscribing to news and offers
- technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — in anonymised form
3. Why we process it
- booking a tour of the logistics complex and confirming the visit
- answering enquiries and preparing commercial offers
- sending news and special offers — only with separate consent
- improving the site based on anonymised statistics
4. Transfer to third parties
The operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where directly provided for by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan and where contractors keeping the site running are engaged — under confidentiality terms.
5. Storage and protection
Data is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan no longer than the purposes of processing require. Only employees who need it for their work have access.
The operator applies organisational and technical measures to protect data from unlawful access, alteration and disclosure.
6. User rights
The user has the right to request information about the processing of their data, demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.
